We have made this recipe several times and my family absolutely loves it. I do add more broth because we love it over couscous. It’s a one pot/tagline recipe and delicious.

I try mussels at most restaurants that serve them, because they are a healthy option on the menu, so I know what good ones taste like. My husband has never been a big fan of mussels, but he ate these tonight and now he has asked me to make them for him once a week. We both absolutely loved them.
