I&#039;am so impressed that you actually bought yourself a kefir lime plant, a galangal and a lemon grass. Good for you. That is absolutely fantastic! Since we are on this topic, have you tried my Thai Red Curry Chicken with Basil recipe yet? Here in Houston there’s lots of Thai restaurants but my oh my the meal is pretty expensive. My mission is to cook it myself. So I bought a kefir lime plant, I have galangal and lemon grass. Thanks for the specifics. I’m impressed that making the paste is tedious but once you have it ready the cooking is easy.
